I am sure Microsoft will buy Yahoo, now or maybe 1 year later when Yahoo stock prices are in single digit. It will be very wise for Yahoo to sell it now. Microsoft will increase the bid to $35 but after that nothing more.

Sometime this week or next week, Microsoft is going to make the counter-offer. Lets see how it progresses.

I believe even it was a big news, Yahoo will not easily allow Microsoft to get their stakes since i believe they think they are cost higher than that.. IMO, this is only a scenario where Yahoo is trying to get the best offers and playing around with Bill Gates..
