Well I'm happy with this news but I believe Microsoft is going to offer again but this time a lot higher in order to succesfully buy Yahoo out.

Hehe. I believe Google know that Yahoo will decline Microsoft offer. Thats why they not really care about that deal. If not, must be Google will come and bid for higher price. For me, Microsoft just want to take advatanges of Yahoo. I believe right now, Yahoo now how to do something after this happen.

I'm not sure if its not good to Google. For me, Google still fine even microsoft manage to buy Yahoo. But like we heard today, Yahoo already decline Microsoft offer. So, no need to worry anymore. I believe yahoo still want to win from Google without merge with any big company like Microsoft..

I don't think they will buy Yahoo. The price is just too high, and I don't think there will be much benefit for MS, because the companies are just too different.

personnaly i think the bid is undervalued..44bn$ its hould be around at leasr=t 60bn$.i eanyahoo atleast deserves that much respect

Yahoo has rejected Microsoft offer and this is because they are expecting a offer around $40 per share which they think is right for their company but for Microsoft it would be a over valued.
