Is Yahoo Groups Good For Marketing?

Yahoo Groups offer a great marketing tool, I think. Do you use them? Yahoo Groups offer the networking of social sites like MySpace, but to specific groups with specific interests. This way you can hype your own business and such without coming off as a spammer.

Nope. I recently started a Google group but haven't done anything with it. Nothing with Yahoo though.
