Is Yahoo Doomed?

Both Microsoft and Google have a lot more money than Yahoo. Neither of those companies is going anywhere. Google has more of a market share than both Yahoo and Microsoft combined. Is Yahoo doomed to be beaten out by these big players, probably bought by Microsoft?

I think Yahoo who eventually be sold to M$. I could be dead wrong on this but it just makes sense in so many ways.
