I was just going through the process of looking this up. It has a first time signup fee of $99 with a 15 cent cpc. Do you have any experince in this Search Express? Is it worth the investment for a non-profit website to join?

What is the average price for Google or Overture's equivalent?
Do they have startup fees?
Does this one allow you to set a cap so you don't overspend by accident, etc.
I've never advertised so don't know how reasonable those numbers are but I'd be comparing it against others and looking at who my targeted audience is. Lots of people are loyal to yahoo so that would make me feel good..

I hired an Search Engine Optimization once (Get listed on Google, Yahoo, search engines, with a top position, UK.) and he used Yahoo Search Express. This did not seem to have much effect on position or traffic!

I suggest you just go about building links naturally.

it is not at all worth of doing it. i don get the word express. wats it? i think its an ordinary search with some spice added to it.
