Default When will YPN be available internationally

Well, we all know that YPN only are for site or webmasters whose major traffic are coming from US. I have a question since I dont get much understanding with it, if my site has 95% of traffic are coming from US and I am not from US, can I sign-up in YPN? Becuase as far as I remember, it states that when you site has 95% of traffic comes from US, you can use their tool? or i am wrong?

I wonder if YPN will ever open up to international visitors. I feel they are losing a good deal of revenue because of this!

True but isn't that a risk worth taking?

We'll just have to wait and see. I would imagine they're working on ways to rid themselves of the click fraud plague Adsense has to go through. I noticed Yahoo investigates a lot more clicks, so they're probably working out the kinks before going live on a global level.

This is probably that best thing to do, besides learning on the experiences and cases handled by google.

I think that for a while atleast 3 years they should remain private becasue as it looks now they payrate is great becasue scamers have yet to get accounts and set up click sites that killed the google ppc. I am going to be applaying in about a month but I would like to see it stay private.

let other webmaster experience also YPN, besides those spam sites can easily be tracked and reported taking those click fraud, I say implementing it globally is not at all once, take it a little bit slower like from one country to another.

True. The only downside I've seen is a lot of people are selling their YPN accounts. I think this is bad for business and people should use restraint. All Yahoo would have to do is disable the ability to change your social security number in the account. Other than that I think YPN is probably playing it safe for now.
