Default Are you liking YPN?

I'm finding that the clicks I get through YPN are paying MUCH better than those I get through Adsense, but they are few and far between. One reason for this is the lack of image ads. Text ads on my sites, and in the places I put them, really don't fair too well. Image ads on the other hand are great!

I also noticed in my YPN account there is always a "pending" amount. I have a certain amount that has been "pending for about a month now and that's quite annoying.

Anyone else use YPN?

I haven't been usnig YPN as I'm not form the USA, but as I have heard the network doesn't have the new thing to beat google, even if it worked its own way, it won't get google out of the thrown.

I got a invite long back, but couldn't sign up because I am from India. Stupid IMO, because they would do much better by opening up to the whole world!

Well it is still in Beta so I'm sure it will open up to the rest of the world fairly soon.

Hopefully. But, I'm going to have to figure out which site to put those ads on!

Especially since Google Ads are doing decently

I am sure when this happen, international webmaster will just rush in to sign-up, maybe an strategy or slow implementation on international members could be in place, like open it up on one country to another.

I am in the USA but I am not using YPN yet but from what others have posted on other forums the payrate is so much better then google adsense so I have been looking t getting int oit for a while now. I also read that every few dyas their pending accounts sit for about 10 hours instead of 15 minutes like they are suposed to.

Why do they hold money in "pending." What's there to be pending? If you get the clicks, you earned the money. Google doesn't do that, as far as I know.

That has been my experience as well. I have been using Yahoo for many months and I really cannot complain. However, recently they dropped their rates. Still, their pay per click (on average) is better than what my friend is getting from his Google ads.

Yahoo is pretty much aware of fraud clicks in adsense. It is making an impression that is closely validating clicks. This is a good move. And good for advertisers and publishers.
