[Selling] Designer Top Sites!

I am selling my Designer Top Sites website. It's on a free host so there are no costs. Earnings are made via YPN and I get about 2 each week. I am selling it because I simply have no time for this site. I realize it's a good idea and has 112 members so far. It's a script I bought and the managing system is as easy as it gets. Since the beggining I've had over 1,585,739 hits. Uniques in the hunderds.

I have google analytics stats here:

The main site is PR1 the index.php is PR2. With some Search Engine Optimization this site could reach new heights. Bidding starts at $20 but if you just want to buy th eprice is $50. To be sold on a firt come first serve basic only. Post your offers here, and PM me if you want to buy it.
