It is not completely done, I am getting a better banner, more affalites (scrolling up if I can)And topsites scrolling to the side under the maintext. The backgroud image will be esier on the eyes and not everything is typed. So far how is it?

Not bad. As mentioned, the banner repeats itself. The shoutbox matches well with the overall color scheme the navigation is fairly decent. You should consider removing the whitespace around the main body of the site. Overall rating: 6.5/10
