ofcourse yes, along with google analytics, stat counters are useful to check them and are so simple to use.
They are also visible to users and they can be impressed by high traffic counts!! |

On the other hand, if you dont get a lot of traffic and the visitors see
that they will feel like they are visiting ghost town and they wont come back.

Personally I use google analytics, there's no visible counter (which I think is a plus) and its analyzing functions are really beneficial in learning which keywords to focus on to improve even more, or what you should try to improve on. Great tool all around.

Even the good thing also has its own limitation as well...
If you're using the statcounter as your main site meter, you'll need to upgrade to the paying status, if you want to have a better performance. |
