Which software is best of making HTML/CSS templates?

I use dreamweaver, its simple and has built it ftp access. Also the good thing is if you know the html code you can use code view, if not you can use design view where you draw tables, drag images, etc.

So everyones a winner. Its suitable for novices aswell experts so in my opinion the far best to use :)

It is most fine on me for you to do alone your site,, but she can do it with the programs as maker web page and etc.

I'm not. When I made things for my own site I used Notepad. Most programs put extra code in their that does nothing except give you bigger files.

Like i said in another thread, Dreamweaver i a great program, i highly recommend it, you can't go wrong with it, its pretty simple to use aswell.

Dreamweaver is the best software out there its easy to use and has a lot of tools to help you put stuff into your site. Dreamweaver CS3 and Photoshop CS3 integrate with each other so putting up images from there is easy.

I too think Dreamweaver is a great program. I recommed this as i feel quite comfortable with it moreover it is very easy to use.
