Problem with IE7.

I just installed IE7 for, I think, the third time.... Mainly for testing compatability... Anyway, when a link opens in a new window or I open a new tab, when I close that window or tab, I get that popup window that IE has a problem and wants to close. I usually click the 'Send Report" button (as if that does any good?) and the whole browser shuts down.
Has anyone had this problem with IE7?

Perform a complete uninstall. Then use a registry cleaning tool such as CCleaner or something like that. Reboot, and install IE7 again. See if the problem occurs again.

PS. Next time it occurs, copy the error information and paste it here..
