What editor do you use to write HTML?

Do you just use notepad or a similar text program? Or, do you use a more advanced editor? I don't like WYSIWYG editors, but I like to use an editor besides notepad that makes it easier to edit the code, by doing such things as auto-highlighting part of the code, validating codes, and adding/removing white-space to organize the code.
