Default Do you make your sites look okay out of CSS?

We're supposed to use CSS for all formatting. However, in the past formatting was often used to make significant changes to the layout, without which the site became non-sensical.

Usually by programming in the plain left to right pattern, if you know what I mean, can make your site structurally correct, while still allowing you to create dynamic formatting. Do you do this? Or, does your site depend on CSS to make sense, even at a structural level?

Search engines and other non-human readers can get confused by poorly structured websites.

I use CSS on every site that I design.

Depending from site to site, I usually put content first and the sidebar in the end. Then I use CSS to position the sidebar as I feel it.

My blog Ajay - On the Road called Life! is designed this way.
