For sale today I have a project I was going to begin but now it seems I won't have the time to run it so I'm selling it off.

This is a great opportunity to run your own webmaster forum, all that really needs to done is to finish the skin coding and create the forums etc and you're basically set :)

Note: Vbulletin license is not included with the sale. Skin is unique and will not be resold or reused.

It means theres still some coding left to do on it before it's fully completed. It wouldn't take long to finish though.

Your more likely to get a sale if it was actually completed because I don't think anyone wants to go into code that someone abandoned. Just my 2 cents.

While this may be painful to accept as reality, I think it's a very valid point. I've bought a few skins both coded and not coded, but I don't think I would consider swimming around in someone elses code that isn't yet complete.

Were you able to make the sale?
