Ip camera...

i am not a computer noob..but recently one of my friends purchased this IP camera...which he was saying that he can see it from the internet..what is happening inside his house...

i mean sort of like x10...any one of you used it? how cool is it? i do know there are wireless ip cameras too....

I've heard of these, there ok however i hear their is a delay so you could be watching your house being robbed 2 minutes after it happened, cool but not cool.
