as a windows mobile, the mobile can ofcourse run programs like a small office etc but also other mobiles can do that though somewhat limited.

windows phones are mostly something like a mobile combined with pda and gps, and ofcourse with the windows interface to make it easier to use.

i dont have one myself, but from what i read on microsofts page, it is something like that, although i dont know why that would be much better than other mobiles.
