What's the niftiest technological gadget you've ever seen? It doesn't have to be anything expensive like an iPod. I think the niftiest thing I've seen was this sports-watch with a timer that could send data to a computer without any wires. It somehow lasered the data or something, and nothing was plugged into the computer, not even a reciever or something. I don't know how it worked.

Well... you mentioned my personal favorite in your post. iPod is hands down the handiest and niftiest gadget I have every owned. My iPod and I have a great relationship.

I don't know that I could pick just one. I'm having a very indecisive day but my son has an ipod shuffle and I was shocked when I heard how good the quality was from that teeny tiny little thing. I expected it to sound all tinny and fake but it sounds awesome.

And that's just the shuffle. The Nano is even hotter. Then you have the 30 and 60 gig iPods. These things rock!
