I just switched from IE to FireFox. I had been using IE for so long that I don't even remember how many years it was. The only other browser I regularly used was AOL, back when AOL was my ISP a long time ago.

All the fuss about FireFox made me switch to being FireFox user for general browsing.

Do any of you FireFox users have tips for me?

Oh, you will LOVE it. Tabbed browsing is awesome.

I use it as a to do list.
I have tabs set up for things I have to do. ie: all my email accounts in one tab so I can check them every day.
One tab is all my preCharge related forums so I can browse them all.
I have a BLOG tab that opens all my blogs so I can look at them and so it also sends my most recently created blog into the 'recently viewed' section of the blog site too ;)
I really like firefox and can't imagine going back.

Firefox absolutely rules, I hate IE and always have
I even have Portable Firefox so that wherever I go I can take my flash drive and use my beloved Firefox so I never have to use IE again

Yeah it's true you gotta love the fox. One thing to remember is that there are all kinds of extensions for it and they can really help you when you are browsing. Any questions you got I can answer them to my best ability. I just love it when people see the light.

Hi,
The Firefox is good when compared to IE.The reason for this is that the Firefox version has a tab option from which we can open many sites.I have been using Firefox over a long time.
But the new version of IE 7 has a tab option.(But every one knows Microsoft follows Mozilla)
Mozilla has an spell check in built facility.it is very useful for every one to correct the mistakes.

Have bookmarks to the sites you visit very often.
Make use of the tabs for multipage viewing .
Activate the save passwords option.
Enable master password

I did this but tbh with you firefox has gotten real slow and sometimes doesn't even load, it annoys me, stick with internet explorer!

I hate firefox I prefer IE and IE has tabbed chats aswell as Firefox and that was the only thing in my opinion that made firefox better

FireFox is a wonderful browser, and as a programmer, the add ons for it are priceless.

Yes. Agree with you. I'm fine firefox even its eat some space and RAM. Its really fast and more safety than internet explorer. Thats what i admit with firefox.
