Flash Header Needed

I know this may be very easy for many of you, but I frankly do not have the time to learn Flash, though I wish I did.

I need a header for my website: www.sharks-n-penguins.com.

The dimensions of the header are 950px wide X 200px long. The only thing that I can work with is the height of the header. The width is set in stone because if I change it in the flash, I have do more work than I want to.

This site is for a game that I play called Guild Wars. If need be, there are many sites that I can direct the maker of this flash to, that contain photos that will aid in the overall presentation of the flash.

If you are interested, please leave a post here and we will figure out a way to work out pricing for such a job.
