I had a quick look through that site (not a detailed look by any means) but there appears to be some handy links there to help you out.
However, don't settle on one site for your information. A search for "Search Engine Optimization Tips" will present you with a wealth of informative sites.

word has it that the buzz wordy 'web 2.0' will change Search Engine Optimization rules so it's hard to say what the best approach is. I would suggest that anyone take a diversified approach to Search Engine Optimization as the rules do tend to change...

Look at one of my recent blog entries Best Search Engine Optimization Information Sources It goes over the sources I used to teach myself Search Engine Optimization. Most of them are blogs, but theres a lot of information in the links.
