Default How often do you back-up your databases?

Databases need to be backed up frequently, because you never know what could happen to the database. And, in most cases, the data in the databases is updated continuously.

i don't maintain my own database but at work (before), DBs are backed up everyday. depending on the server (exchange, ms sql, etc), we have different sched backups and run different types of backups.
