Best scripts resource

Where do you look up when you search for a made script for any language, say PHP, java scrpts...etc.
For me I search at Hotscripts.com it is so big and everyone who has a script will put it there. a lot of tutorials and resources as well.
What do you use?

hotscripts is one, but mainly on different programming forums since they will direct me to the resource site and the scripts source also.

It depends on whether or not you are looking to pay or get a free script. If you're looking to pay, then it depends on how much you want to pay.
