Hi,

I m newsier to this area I have created RSS feed for my site...so is it good if I use this for RSS promotion of my site...

I guess it all increase the traffic but what shld b its bad areas like everyday One ping for that page from the sites where I submit my page...is it worth ?

ll I only get the Ghost traffic only..?

I think so!

RSS can bring subscribers to your site which means repeat visitors and repeat business.
It can also create more links to your site in more places so while it may take time for you to see a shift in your traffic levels, I think it's a GREAT approach to take.

You should try and use standard english on this forum, I had some trouble understanding but I will have a go :)

RSS is a great tool for existing visitors for your site, it will keep them updated about recent news and will keep them coming back to read the new news posts etc.

RSS as a promotional tool is an intresting avenue to go down, it wont really take a lot of bandwidth up, less than a search engine spider would. But I can't see and benifits to submitting an RSS feed as the only people intrested in it will be people already familiar to your site.

RSS is great. I really don't see any drawbacks. It's a great way to bring in and keep visitors interested in your site.
