A question on adsense

I have a very basic question on adsense. I have two blogs, one has a reasonably good traffic and the other has very less. i run adsense in both the blogs. I wonder since one of the blog has very less traffic will it actually affect the CPM of my adsense account overall or it does matter as both don't correlate at all?

It will probably affect the cpm overall. Unless your good blog gets a tremendous amount of traffic. Just saying it based on my experience.
