Could you critique my Banner Ad? for targeted site

Hi everyone,
I would really appreciate some input on a banner ad that I am planning on putting on a couple of WAHM type sites to bring people to my website. Could you please tell me what you think of the ad copy and how I could improve it?

Also, I see targeted banner ads on this website and many other sites so I'm thinking that they probably work, anyone have any good results or know if they do actually work? Please suggest.

If you choose your advertisement and keywords correctly, targeted ads can be fantastic (in my opinion). They seem to have higher click-through rates, and I imagine that the sites are generally of more interest to the user.
