These are for people who only use paypal and such. It doesnt pay much though.

If you are an advertiser, watch out for Bidvertiser's regular promo rate. In the case of a publisher, you can withdraw your earnings from displaying Bidvertiser ads for as low as $10 via Paypal.

Does anybody have experience in using them for PPC campaigns? I am considering using them for a friends project and would like to get some feedback prior to doing so.

Bidvertiser had a good promotion of getting free advertisements if you have a credit card where you can get up to free clicks worth $20 but most of the clicks were of no use, i used it.
