Do you use the latest version of PHP?

What are your thoughts on where PHP is going?

I use PHP for quite a while now (i started w/ PHP3 in 1999-2000). It is definitely one of the most powerful languages. I hope that PHP will last in the future as well, however other languages are coming up (such as Ruby and Ruby on Rails).

Honestly, I do not have PHP5 on my servers, yet :( but when I'll have some time I'll upgrade... I promise ;)

Yes i have use PHP 5 as well as PHP4

I usually 5.1.15.. always try to stay back at least a few releases just incase there are any bugs in the system.

I generally use PHP5 on my servers. I have one server with PHP4 probably could convert it just some older scripts that need it. I don't really follow each new minor php release unless it is a security update or bugfix I needed.

A lot of people are still using PHP4 and they are already working on PHP6.

My host allows me to switch back and forth from php4 and php5. However, it's difficult to do for anything besides the entire site.
