What's the best PHP tutorial that you know about? Which one would you recommend to someone looking to understand PHP better?

Make your own scripts.. or complete a few projects in php.. I taught myself php by creating a e-commerce site. I generally just looked up various tutorials when i felt the need for a function i didn't know. Also php.net's function lookup works well.
