Im currently doing online business. Most of the time I need to contact and discuss with my customer with some project. Many of them always prefer to Yahoo or ICQ instead of MSN. I think MSN also quite good but why seldom people want to use it?

MSN is definitely a better IM but more people use Yahoo!, etc.
I guess it's easier to use the one with all of your friends on it instead of downloading another service just to do business.

In this case, I have to agree with Jerlene opinion...

Another disadvantage about MSN IM is the hackers love to hack the MSN rather than other IMs!

But Yahoo! is the one with all the spammers. It's very irritating.

Hehe, the amount of the spammers will determine whether the IM is popular or not, isn't it, Jerlene?

Even the glamor Gmail also a spammer and crooked place as well!
