I just want to know how good would be the merger of msn and Yahoo for the Search Engine Optimization??? I am not pretty much sure about it right now.

If you mean Yahoo merging with MSN or vice-versa then I think it would have enough to give Google insomnia. But I know thats not going to happen at present but may be in future.

At present this is not going to happen but if we just assume it then I think Google will definitely get into trouble as Yahoo is already at second position and with the Microsoft name behind them can over throw Google from its place.
