Yes, it happened once to me when i was not able to login to hotmail account at all and have even complained to the staff at hotmail, but did not get any reply at all and ultimately i lost that mail id and have stopped using hotmail ever since!

Anyway i thinks batter use Yahoomail or Gmail. But i still using Hotmail because i am join my friend MSN group.

You shouldn't make your security answer too easy as to be obvious to someone who knows you but you shouldn't make it so hard as for you to forget it.
