Link: will display all links that MSN search knows for a particular page,

Linkdomain: will display all links that MSN search knows for a particular domain,

Next important search engine we will see is Alltheweb.com, Alltheweb was a powerful search engine before it was aquired by yahoo, Now that it is owned by yahoo the results in alltheweb.com is powered by yahoo, The important backlink command for alltheweb.com is

Link:w*w.anyurl.com

The above command will display all links to that particular page.

thats a pity that they have removed that. i had liked to check my backlinks.

They should not have removed it. I liked to check my backlinks by it. It was a good feature and many other people must be using it. I don't know why did they removed it??

It was quite handy in checking the backlinks, but now I think I have to try other things to check. MSN seems to be changing itself to stay in the race for the best!!

Unfortunately, MSN's algorithm is so unpredictable/unreliable. Backlinks hardly show.
