MSN Ad Center launched with a pretty good sized buzz, but they seemed to have forgotten one important piece of the puzzle... traffic.
In order to have the success of Adsense and YPN, you'vr got to have searchers. MSN doesn't have the volumes of search traffic, so it appears as though they're struggling already. This just in from BtoBOnline.com Quote:

True, but a little money is better than no money? Besides it is just the start. Those who have faced problems with Adsense or YPN, may jump on this.

It's funny to see big companies make amateur mistakes. It takes minutes to find the advertising option on Microsoft live. A simple link on every search page to add your own listings would dramatically increase their user base, hence more revenue for the division and probably result in more traffic as they can show corporate they can generate more revenue.

Perhaps the people in MSN designing this don't have experience with this type of market? I mean we all work on the internet and use the searching and such. However, ironically, the people working in the MSN office may not do that.
