You need a banner and the skin is pretty bright.

Well, I have now added a Skin Selector with varying skins. Some light and some dark. Please go check it out, and join. I'm currently working on getting a banner.

This should have been Declined that skin is ripped it was made by Sparks I viewed it last night on his forum let me dig up the link.
