depends on ur site, but maybe the backlinks u had expired (been removed) and it affected your Page Ranking? unlikely though, u had to lose A LOT of links to lose PR. hope u get it back...

i changed the layout of my site and now using CMS type. The previous layout using HTML. Will it affect anything like the site & pages i submitted b4fore this or page ranking?
