2. Page which comes after the submission is made (It will be something like... "thanx for adding your link, you can add your your links to other highly recommended follwing directories.. 1.. 2.. 3.. etc."

This way, you will get two benefits.. first the link from PR6 page.. and second .. actual high value paying referral leads to your directory.
