Has anyone used this?
I bought it the other day and haven;'t really worked with it

I've used it before. They aren't half bad, except their service is pretty horrible. Their support is very unhelpful. Other than that, their uptime is about 85%. You get what you pay for. :)

Yes, a very nice host with a sleek design, you defintely get what you pay for and i suggest you keep using this host !!

lately i m finding negative reviews for hostgator. people say that their staff is quite non-responsive and uptime isn't great considering the money you pay.
personally i have never used it.

Their customer support is just awful. Other than that a great hosting company, but they should really fix the issue with their customer support.

Customer support will make or break any hosting company.

They can be running the best hardware and offer the best plans, but without good support, all that is useless.

There is nothing worse than trying to work out a problem when it takes support days/weeks to get back to you.

I agree. Their customer support is drasitcally killing their business and until they figure that out they will continue to drop.

I like HostGator but I hate the fact that they require a telephone confirmation.
Almost a year and I still haven't confirmed my account.:)
