servage doesnt allow SSH?

i bought 500gb package from servage....was excited...

But was completely shocked to find out that they dont provide SSH....

Now i feel why people dont have good reviews about them..

There are a ton of good reviews on them. In fact, they were in the top ten hosts of 2007.
