How To Make Scan Bars By CoreFire.
1) Take the graphic you are going to make the scan bar with.
2) Now go to Layer>New>Layer or Shift+Ctrl+N.
3) Now take your Rectangluar Marguee Tool and make a small rectangle. Not to small but not too big. :cheerful:

4) Now take your Paint Bucket Tool and fill in your rectangle white.

5) Now go to BLending Options. Set the blend mode to Soft Light.

6) Now, still in blending options, go to stroke and set it to the color black and size 1.

7) Click okay and go click this.

8) This will open up your Adobe ImageReady, which is used for animation, mostly...
9) Now go near the bottom of your Adobe ImageReady and you will find something like this.

10) Now in there you will find a button called "Duplicates Current Frame." Now click that and in that box another tiny picture of your signature will appear.

11) Now go to your layers box and take the scan bar iamge and use your arrow keys to move it all the way to the end.

12) Now in your animatiom box there should be a button called "Tween animtion frames." Click it. And this will pop up.

13) You should make it 35-100(depending on how fast you want it), once you click okay you have a bunch of different frames.
14) Now the tricky part. Go back to your second frame.(The one beside the first one) and move it all the way to the back. Then go repeat step 12 and 13. (For this animtion I use 85. It made it much faster depending on what the size of the graphic is.
15) To save the picture, go to File> Save Optimized As....> And save it as .gif.
