Ok, I have just started to do graphics but I think I am getting the hang of it. Here are some samples of my stuff.....

when did you start?
a lot of the time you shouldn't put an outer glow on renders.. download a lot of fonts here http://www.dafont.com you should brush backgrounds not use grads.. get brushes here http://www.deviantart.com learn how to blend renders.. yea go to http://good-tutorials.com and look at some of their tutorials.. you can definately learn a lot
