Hi,
I'm looking for a FREE webpage designer to design a frontpage for my forums. I would post my site here but I'm not sure if advertising is allowed. My forum is a Vbulletin forum with over 1000 members. I need someone who is experienced and has time on their hands. I know alot of you will say "thats not possible for free" Yes it is, I've had a great webpage done for my Warcraft clan, however I've lost touch with the person who did it. I am offering a subdomain off mine of your choice, and 10 gigs of FTP space if you'd like.
