I've always wondered if there was any other websites out there, other than google, that have a Page Ranking 10. It's impossible to get it as many good sites like wikipedia or dmoz have a PR 9. But maybe you guys have found some to give anyone who's not google some hope.

I'm learning more and more about Search Engine Optimization all the time and don't know this term yet.

Most people think Page Ranking, i.e. page rank means web page rank but it was actually named after the creator Larry Page. It just means how many high ranking sites link to you. In order to have a high page rank, you need to have other high page rank sites link to you. There is an actual algorithm but the best rule of thumb is to get as many high ranking sites linking to you as possible. Make sure they are Search Engine Optimization friendly links and that you don't spam google. The higher the PR, the more traffic google will send you as the higher the sites will rank.

Google Page Ranking is a thing most Search Engine Optimization experts are familiar with. It's a wonder you guys haven't heard about it: PageRank is a numeric value that represents how important a page is on the web. Google figures that when one page links to another page, it is effectively casting a vote for the other page. The more votes that are cast for a page, the more important the page must be. Also, the importance of the page that is casting the vote determines how important the vote itself is. Google calculates a page's importance from the votes cast for it. How important each vote is is taken into account when a page's PageRank is calculated. PageRank is Google's way of deciding a page's importance. It matters because it is one of the factors that determines a page's ranking in the search results. It isn't the only factor that Google uses to rank pages, but it is an important one. For example in the Search Engine Optimization contest the higher the PR the higher you'll be in the search results. So it's very important. Hope that helps. I have never really even seen a page rank 10 site I have searched a lot but most of the bigger sites that I go to are on 7-8 which is a very hard thing to do. I searched and the forums here are only a Page Ranking 3.

even the adobe site you didn't go in them? Upon hearing this paregrank thing and search in the net about this PR10 site you will see forums or pages mentioning this site.
