Default Is this legal?

I find my friends sharing the clicks in each others website and blogs to increase their adsense amount. Is this legal? Previously we had hitzilla to which if we submit, would get number of clicks to our adsense. But then google has found it and have banned people who used it. I think this way of clicking ads is in the similar way and will google find it? Has it any potential way to solve this?

Legal? Well, it's not against the law...
It's definitely against Google's ToS though.
A lot of people do it. Google pays little so i would, too.

You can do it at your own risk. Indeed, it is not against any law but it is definitely not in accordance with Google's ToS. Deliberately clicking on ads is taboo in Google's eyes, so doing it no matter how would always put you at risk of getting your Adsense account banned.

It is totally against Google's TOS to encourage someone to click on your ads, even when it involves a reciprocation!

Google will always find it, because they use an algorithm to detect the number of clicks in relation to many factors, like page visit time, page impressions, repeat visits and so on.

People invariably get caught doing this. I have seen many got banned for the same.

ohh, not again, @ prasanna - understand this big G spends millions of $ to safeguard its algorithm and its advertisers and have excellent engineers working top quality programs, you will never be able to beat google in long run, coz it will catch you. so best advice is just follow what the big G says, lots of relevant content, well linked sites, and some promotions and you will be happy.
