Ever since google was launched, it has grown in heaps and bounds and has become undisputedly the king of the net right now with almost 90% of the search done through google and almost 90% of the sites have adsense in them, many have switched the email service to gmail and having the top video site youtube, etc., etc. what do you think will be the future of google. can it sustain this grip or will lose eventually in the future?

I think it'll keep buying up companies till they're satisfied, which I don't see happening soon.

No doubt, Google own the biggest market share which is double of Yahoo and Microsoft. I hope these 3 giant search engine company can fight until the end. I don't hope to see 3 become 2....

Yes, it could become a truth soon, with the rate and way they are growing at the moment, google will soon become the undisputed king on the net, no doubt, but they should be careful too..

What rises very fast falls with equal speed. Google in now being seen as the evil corporation of today who store users content and direct ads based on that. With the takeover of Yahoo by Microsoft, which can happen very soon, Google will be pushed to the edge by Microsoft for sure.

This is kind of off-topic but what do you guys think about investing in the google stock market by buying shares? I have some extra money I want to invest and that seems like a good way. Just need a second opinion.

As for the market, even yahoo and microsoft combined, google will not be afraid of them though on some google blog, they strongly oppose such action

I think it was a good one and here is where you can have some profit sharing from what they did since its harder if we are ever planning to build a new web engine..
