You can use customer surveys to truly help your business. They provide you with an opportunity to see things from the point of view of your customers. They can identify those things that you do well and the areas where your business needs improvement.

Just don't force them on your customers. It puts me off when I get badgered into giving feedback.
That having been said, they are a great way to shape your business up for improvement. |
