Has anyone seen "Order Failure" email appear after trying to purchase with the Paypal sandbox and Web Payments Pro?
The error code that appears in the log files is 10747. I have a stock OSC 2.2 with the PostOSC 'osCommerce Payment Module for PayPal Website Payments Pro' I try to purchase using Sandbox information (API Certificate/id/password and a sandbox user/credit card). The order says it goes through, then I receive an "Order Failure" email. Nothing actually shows up in the Sandbox email or on the merchant site (a sandbox merchant account). A log file is generated (thank goodness) and it says "This transaction cannot be processed" and error 10747. If I figure this out I'll repost with the fix... Thanks Sofia |

I know that there are problems when processing multiple orders. There are many explanations given why this occurs.
I would contact PayPal help line (https://www.paypal.com) who should be able to put you in the right direction. |
