I work as a one man show as far as my part-time business is concerned. I write and sell articles on a particular forum. At present I work on my own. In future, I am thinking of providing an assistant for me.

I have a few employees. Some are paid, some are volunteer. Although they work for me, I do a lot of the things on my own.

Right now i have only a parttime employee. Maybe next time i must have a full time employee. a lot work to do like articles writing. BUt i must hire the right person to do this job. I afraid that the articles does not meet the customers requirement

No, I don’t have any employees in my business model, I work alone, as I feel that only one person was enough to handle it, but I am planning to add a partner to my business, as I could not get enough time to handle it.

For internet making money, i didnt hire people as my worker. I do alone because my income get from internet are not so good. But for my offline bussines i hire one worker to do work with me

I don't have employees, but I use freelance writers and designers to get content on my sites. I might even hire someone for long-term job later. When I got more money. =P

My income on the internet isn't where I want it to be either but you need to spend money to make money.

The purpose of having employees is to be able to delegate some of our responsibilities to them and therefore reduces our workload. If you are referring to writing tasks, then you have to really make sure that you hire someone who is really qualified to do so because you would not want to end up having more workload.
