Threaten to fire them :) That should give them a fire-start jump. Besides that, its all about workplace culture. If you have a culture of putting the customer first, and attending to their every darn need, you are in the money. Not to mention, pay your team more money. Sorry for the terrible puns :)

Be sensitive to the needs of your team members. Be supportive. Recognize good effort. Provide rewards for a good job. Open an avenue for their growth professionally and spiritually.

Nothing can motivate a team than money, giving incentives to them when the work was done perfectly and you get more profit, try to pay them more but not above the limit. I personally feel that only money can motivate a team nothing else!
