I would have to agree here, bonuses and/or contests would probably work well to get your employees more motivated.

Well it’s the matter of money. 1st appoint team leaders and keep some targets to them. So they are responsible now. Its their job to motivate the team and make them reach the target. If they did it in time always appreciate with some bonus. Arrange some weekend parties which will help them to get rid of stress. Always try to be boss when it comes to work and be friendly when it comes to other situations
